I was born in 1976 and grew up in the suburbs of Birmingham. I left school to take A Levels at a local college and then fell into working for LTSB for seven years living in Lichfield and commuting to Birmingham and London. Having a brief stop off working for the pub management company Punch Taverns I returned to finance and still work for the same finance broker 7 years on but now as a director. We are a small team of 14 selling to the business market.

I first took up painting again after my wife bought me a Bob Ross set. I have since studied with the London College of Art gained a diploma with merit in both Drawing and Media and Landscape Paintings.

My work up until now has been classical based around oil impressionist paintings but I am hoping to grow my range of works. I have exhibited twice in the Buxton Spa Open competition (2016 and 2017). I have were also invited to exhibit in the Spring Gathering Exhibition in 2017 at the Green Man Gallery in Buxton. My work can be found for sale at The Original Art Gallery, Great Malvern.

Below are a couple of examples of my work, one oil on canvas board and the other graphite on A2.
